No more shoutbox?

So since the chat is in, there is no more free shoutbox?

Mine is still there.
 

The ezPortal shoutbox is still there that is staying the same but if you want a different shoutbox and chatroom

Is there a way of making the shoutbox harder for people to use if they are trying to use somebody's photos and videos without their permission?
I just think that some people on a particular forum that i've had issues with in the past need to stop accessing my photos and videos without my permission.

You could only give access to say a VIP group people who have earnt the right to use it
I do this with some of my downloads I created a group called DD Aproved and only allowed theM download privileges on some downloads.
