Shoutbox

Hello - 3 of my members, using different browsers, cannot view the shoutbox. Any suggestions?? They are not our newest members.

I don't use it so may be incorrect:
But Has there group got the permissions to view it as most things on the forum require the correct permissions to veiw.

They aren't in a group together - no other members of groups they are in have this issue.  Cookie

Check the ezportal block permissions on the shoutbox to make sure all groups have access to it.
