Shoutbox

Greetings

I have set the shout box in the "Bottom Block"of the Ezportal.
Whenever a shout is made the page refreshes to the top Board making it necessary to scroll down to the shout box every time.
Most annoying.
Is there anyway to stop this from happening other than using the "Top Block"?

I have just discovered that my chat box is not refreshing.  The refresh setting is on 10 seconds.
Can you help?

The refresh setting was disabled because it uses too much resources.
