new forums

I setup a new forum for have some areas I don't want ppl in until they become full members any help in this matter would be great and thank you https://thewolfpack.createaforum.com/index.php?action=forum

You can set permissions on a board level by membergroup to give them access to different boards.
You can also customize membergroup level permissions

I have tried to mod and it seems to stay where newbie can still see all the forums and I need too limit them to just 2 of them the min they register they can see all the forums

Newbies are a post group under regular members
You should create a new membergroup and manually assigne members to that group after you approve them.
