Well, they are on the mobile but they're also on the PC version. That's where I see them top, after the first post in a thread and at the bottom. 

In my first post, the attached image shows what it looks like on my PC.

Solved yes very odd.

TOR is blocked due to abuse.

I was posting to notify my members about the bot attack/slowdown... and discovered I didn't have the option to change the color of the text to indicate my moderator/admin "voice".

See attached - the area where the formatting options should be is gone entirely.

This happened last week but appears to be persistent as an issue. She sent me the attached screenshot of the error message that she's been getting.
