News Text Question

Is there a way to make the text for the "news" at top of forum bold, larger lettering and or move it to the center of the forum ?

yes what mickjav said I believe you can use BBC tags in the news area.  There is a news fader option if you want it on center of board under Admin -> Layout Settings

I found the news fader, but not able to figure out how to put text in it and or move it..

My bad.. I used html code..
