Create A Forum - Support Forums

Hey a while back I suggested to remove the News text if there was no news to display. I find it odd that in
Admin CP > Configuration > Layout Settings > Theme Settings, that there's an option to stop displaying the news, it should be in the Admin CP > Main > News and Newsletters > Settings, instead because it's more relevant to put it there. This should also be the same for the News fader option as well
