Import messages into my forum with a csv file

Hello,
I have just started my own forum. I had the forum elsewhere, and I want to import a message backup into this new forum here. The backup is in CSV format.

Is this possible? Could you please describe.

It would need to be a custom job on our end for us to import into your forum.
