Create A Forum - Support Forums

Hi, I am thinking (since I lost my admin control panel username/ password and I think I need it) to create a new forum, then migrate (if your help) all the paid features.

1. custom domain2. increased space3. language4. chat feature5. others I forgot

so that way I can have a forum with the admin control panel in case emergency reasons.

Is this a possible thing? or would I need to start all over from scratch? Thank you for your help.

PS. A while ago, I asked if I can get the admin console username password reset but I think the staff said that it's not possible which is why I'm thinking that I need to do this.

Do you not have admin access on your old forum?

What do you need it for? It is only sent one time on email registration we don't have an option to reset it.

I guess I was trying to figure it out after I logged in to see what options are available to me. That's it. I wanted to have a more "full" control for disaster or doing what I could do without being a burden to the support staff on this forum. That's it.

What am I missing out if I don't have access? I don't have the original email and I have searched my whole email for it.

Just options to unban yourself, and clear headers and footers.

Can I create a new forum, then migrate to it, so I have access to my admin control panel? I don't have access and really want/need this feature.
