Founder cannot log back in to newly created forum

Hi
My sister created a forum with you but after an hour had to log out before finishing it
Now whatever she does she cannot log back in 
Obviiusly she used the user name you have for her . even tried to change password . even tried to contact you but ,,, gets email address already registered so cannot

I have tried but cannot acess Admin , She cannot log jn with her user name ... Help please
her email is natashadonna@gmail.com

Have her try to login using her email and password.

If the password does not work try a password reset found on the login page.

she did that but then got user name does not exist

Even when she tried her email? Using the email to login?
Her username is "Natasha  Donna 77"

K, hope you have it working.

They can update the username under profile -> account settings
