How do I get topic replies to post under the main topic?

I sticky my topic, but replies are still posting on top, how do I get the replies to post under it just like they do in this forum?

Profile -> Look and Layout
Uncheck " Show most recent posts at the top."


For all users Admin -> Layout Settings -> Member Options
Reset member options and also the default options
