Create A Forum - Support Forums

I'm trying to create a Google sitemap for my forum and i'm having trouble verifying my domain
I've been given the code ''google-site-verification=YT5YoTVfiPXWjbGZjSjE1Tp51gAOrjMkphK8q4xiBsg'' and i assume i have to submit it into the Header and Footers boxes in Style Manager but i am not sure.



Is this the right place to be putting the code and is the way i'm doing it is correct? I'm confused so any advice would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks, I've been putting <meta name="google-site-verification" content="YT5YoTVfiPXWjbGZjSjE1Tp51gAOrjMkphK8q4xiBsg''/> in the metatag box but it still doesn't seem to be verifying. Am i doing it wrong?

Unfortunately when i go to verify it on Google console it still comes up as ''Ownership verification failed''
