Twitter and Facebook link help

Other forums can do this . I do not care how much work it is . I want the links to the posters to come up with a photo in my Twitter page and FACEBOOK..


So I post the link about hogan from the forum I want it to come up with a photo of hogan under it or next to the link with a bit about the poster under it
