Trying to Create a Ranking Structure on Profiles with pictures

Hi There, Using the customer profile fields, I am trying to create a ranking structure with images.  Can you help?

So a ranking not based on number of posts?
How do you want it to work

Well basically. Its like this. I am creating a military style rpg game.  I want to assign ranks, Like Cadet all the through to Field Marshal,. But not based on posts.

And I want add rank insignia pictures with the rank title


Like This:
Cadet Trainee:  (have the image of the rank)
Cadet Freshman Grade: (have the image of the rank)


So on and so forth.

But not separate membergroups?

Well for all members. Admin or mods alike
