Scrolling a live scrolling of new post?

Hello,
How do I enable new post to live scroll on board?  I saw this on other boards you have.

Which board?

I'm not sure it was a posting of boads on a list that had createafourms?  The recent post was scrolling.  Is that something you offer?

Here is the board.  maybe it's not you.  But do you offer?  look to the left of this board.

That is not a feature we currently offer.
