Is there any way to get the mobile-button placed somewhere else?

A key to organizing my people for job action is if they can do much of the planning, coordinating etc on the fly.  On their mobile devices.  I think its a bridge too far to get them all to install tapatalk.  And the native mobile options seems good enough....however its activation button is right at the bottom of the screen....commonly hidden behind various mobile-device doohickies.  Is there a way to get it moved somewhere else?  Is it possible to have a link that does the same function, thus can be embedded in any HTML I put in a page header?

It should auto redirect on most devices if using andriod or iphone based on user agent if you using the original old theme.
