Create A Forum - Support Forums

Hello.
Recently, my clan from Kingdom of Loathing made forum on createforum.com. It is http://oldcws.createaforum.com/index.php.
And I cannot login here. Moreover, I cannot see forum page at all. It's always error message for me:

Contact support for help...#oldcws.createaforum.com#

I tried from all three browsers I have - Opera, IE and Chrome. No difference.
Moreover, when I entered createforum.com directly, I discovered that no any forum open for me. All and every one have the same message. "Contact support for help...#bbf.createaforum.com#", "#rp4life.createaforum.com#", etc.
Well, with one exclusion: support forum (this one) works.
So I think, it can be something with my provider blocked by createforum.com, maybe? I am in Russia. Can it be that you are blocking Russian users?

Well, I need only my clan forum, so yes, unblocking oldcws.createaforum.com will do for me, thank you.
