Help me with profile custorm setting

Plz my  follow webmaster help me i teache me how to set custum profile code and how to put it in my site i have search i cant fined it plz i need the code and teach me hw to do it thank

First enable it under Core Features

Then adjust the settings under admin -> Features and Options
