Gallery update to latest version

I know I have asked this before.

Gallery is telling me I do not have the latest version 5.0.7.

Please update me like was done before

Is it possible for updates to happen automatically?

Gallery has been updated When I make changes to the gallery I need to make changes to create a forum as well but depends on the update if it is important will update right away otherwise I wait a bit.
