Gallery a few questions

I notice that when I modify gallery, I d not have the latest version. How do I get that please and then how do I update/install it?
 
How do I include in bulk uploads the warning about Adult content that is available when uploading single pictures? Is there a chance that will be included in a later revision?
 
Why do thumbnails only show sometimes and not 'all the time'? Is it in the settings  causing that?
 
How do I set that pictures that are added (uploaded by members) are flagged for approval before they show?

Ps I like Gallery very much a very usual tool for My forum, however one or two modifications would be of great help
 
A user guide for non computer litterate ppl woiuld be a great help

-The gallery here is maintained by Create A Forum, and if it needs updating, he will update it accordingly.

As for the rest of your questions, I am not quite sure. I will look into the system later this week and possibly write a guide if I find the free time. Anyone else who could help you is welcomed to though.
