Cusotm badge award images won't show

New to this website. Tried uploading an image for custom badge award but the image doesn't show. What dimensions does it need to be / file type, etc?

It's a .png file 100px by 100px

png files should be good. What is your forum url. The small images are 32x27. But there is no size limits.

It just shows as a black box with an X through it which I assume is broken image. I found out the resolution size. I currently have a 25x25 png file but it still just shows as a black box with an X

I'm not doing it from a link. It has an option to browse my computer so I'm just clicking browse and uploading it from my computer.

I mean can you click on the black box. Right click and get the image properties/url. I want to see if the file exists on the server.

Fixed. I see the issue you were just editing a graphic instead of uploading a picture try now.

How do I upload it in future? All it says is browse and then the only other option I have is edit badge which I click and I guess that isn't uploading the picture.

It should work from now on. When you do edit badge.

I had a check to use a our default url if you did not create a new badge. But in your case you just edited an exiting. It is fixed now.
