Blocked in foreign countries

Is there any reason my forum may be blocked in foreign countries
I have been recently having little more activity in countries like China and it appears to be blocked for some

I normally block those countries for spam reasons but can see if can build a setting to allow them to register

They should be able to access the site. If they can't access it at all would be something with their isp/government.

well if you could so kindly please whitelist the said countrys i would so appreciate it i have people from those countries interested in what my forum has to offer

They can access the website they just cannot sign up to be able to access all my site has to offer

You can now disable under Admin -> Registration -> Settings
"Disable Country blocking on registration (China,Russia)"
