HELP! Layout on mobile devices randomly changed!!

My site went from looking like this on mobile devices, to looking like this:

The only changes I made was I purchased the $20 a month all in one upgrade and linked my DNS/Domain, the mobile theme has been disabled, just want my forum to show the full website on mobile devices.

It doesn't look like the mobile theme so that is good.

Did you zoom in on your phone or clicked a button on the phone?

No, i tried it on multiple devices its still the same (the font size on mobile devices is now huge for the descriptions of the categories)

Any recent scripts or css that you have included? I would try removing it saving it and see if it makes a difference.

I didnt touch anything or edit or add anything, it just randomly happened, thats why im freaking out because I dont know what caused it or how to fix it.

I just checked on my iphone 6s. And it looks like fine like your normal first screenshot

That's crazy, it still looks bad on my phone and my tablet and my friends iphone

I removed the headers/footers code for a test.
Check if works now.

Still looks like that, had it tested on my sister's phone and this is what she sent me

Made a change not sure if it will help. Restored your header and footer since you said didn't make a difference.

Wait! It was fine when it loaded but then after I loaded it again it was back to the old way! Helpppp

Oh lord now it's back to normal idk what's going on lmaooo

Annnnd now it's reverted back to the undesired look

Just an update, it seems to be flip flopping back and fourth between the two, currently it's the correct format, but after a few refreshes it goes back to the undesired format
