Response time rejections

I've gotten this message twice now in less than 24 hours. It's not true in either case. I had only read a post and responded to it. I still had to try again to post the one I had intended to.

I got that once a couple of days ago.  And no, I didn't generate a long post and submit it in under 5 seconds, even if I had posted something shortly before.

I am assuming that this is another avenue of attempting to block the bots? Appears to be misfiring on how recently a post has happened.

Probably misfiring it might be picking up the cloudflare ip which might be assigned to multiple people...
I thought I had it so it uses the cloudflare ip no matter what.

I just got the "the last post from your IP was less than 5 seconds ago" error (it wasn't true), then I went back to my draft and hit submit and it said I had already posted it, but then I went back to the Sports forum and my very funny post about the pope receiving a Cubs jersey wasn't there.

*By "Sports forum", she means "Sports thread"

This is going to require us to fully implement IPV6 into our software just gets complicated to do it right.
