New users cannot register

Hello there.


I'm having this problem where people can't register (as soon as they fill all the information it says "An Error Has Occurred!"), but if I try to make their account manually it works.


I do not want to create an account for everyone.


I might have messed with some of the settings and I might have broken something, but I would really appreciate it if you could fix it, somehow.
