Bug with newsletter

I have a test member in my forum with my other email, and the newsletters sometimes do not appear in that email, I do not know why. I am thinking this applies also to other real members.
Any help will be appreciated, thanks

Okay if you are admin

Go to admin
then go to News and newsletter
And then Click News letter
And then click people that can See the news letter

It's possible that your email provider is moving the emails to the spam folder or is blocking it.

What email provider are you using?

 hotmail

I believe Hotmail does have issues within the SMF system. Do you have an alternative email address that you can use possibly?

I tried sending a newsletter to my Hotmail account and it arrived in my Junk folder within seconds, I suggest you look in there.

I have look there nothing....  my other email is my student mail it just block anything ;p
