Create A Forum - Support Forums

I have a suggestion that it should be made for any topics to be able to set/delete/edit Auto-reply permissions when someone creates a new topic so that forum admins/moderators To be able to set an Auto Reply when a member creates a new topic, the auto reply will come from the Forum created/edited by the Administrator
