Forum down

Yeah I am not sure what the issue if someone is overloading server or a dddos attack.
Unfortunately it happens when I am sleeping so I can't do anything about it.

Sure I experienced it and I think was to all createaforum forums. But it is not big problem for one day, what we need is createaforum grow more and more so that It keeps providing forum hosting services forever up to infinite generations. I will hosting my forum at createaforum never move to other hosting companies. I will inherit my forum to my children and tell them never move away from createaforum.

sorry but it is a big problem for one day for us . We have over 800 members and we get over 30,000 hits a month . We work with some top stars in the wrestling world too..l so yes it is a big problem when members can not get on to the site .. And I am loosing money .. I work on click adds where I only get payed if the add is clicked . I also work on Banner adds . I need all them hits for my forum to stay on top of Google . I got over 100 emails about the forum being down I have lost members because of it too.... So yes it is a big thing .. When it keeps happening..

Got to say tho it has not happened in a long time . But my site was down for 2 days in a row this week ...


I have now got to work more hours on the site to get the hits up and to get the members back.. And I have to email over 100 people the same email about the forum being down ..

Sorry for the trouble at this point I am not investing any more in the forum system it is not worth it for me at this point. I will make minor fixes but other that nothing else. This is mainly due to social media sites and mobile phones making forums less visited. Right now I barely cover the costs for running it all.

You are right createAforum but forums can still make huge revenues despite of social media existence like facebook and whatsapp  . Take an example gaia online and warrior forum they make revenues. Even my forum  in the future I am sure I will make million dollars from my forum and I will be able to upgrade my forum to ultimate plan so that I get ad seller pro and chatroom and make createAforum grow online too.


I suggest, We forum owners should help to promote createaforum for free on facebook, twitter and elsewhere so that our createaforum system stay online years and years hosting our forums forever.

so what does that mean for the sites what are made ? I payed you for this forum so I hope I can still use it later down the line in years to come tbh ..

If not can u move me to a different forum . Like vBulletin if I buy it

Nothing they will be hosted as long as it makes sense for me but createaforum is not my main focus.

problems have never lasted over 2 days before.

Just another large scale denial of service attack. Unfortunately not much we can do other than wait it out.
