Only way to add your own smilies would be to purchase the Custom Smilies upgrade under Admin > Forum Upgrades.

Yes, you can delete this via Admin > Layout Settings > Theme Settings
Find Hide post group titles for grouped members: and uncheck the box next to it.
Alternatively, you can change them by going to Admin > Membergroups and changing the post-based membergroups.

Go to their profile > Forum Profile Information and set their posts to 0. It'll begin counting from the time you did that.

The only way you can change that is to make a custom membergroup (via Admin > Membergroups) and set permissions manually. The default Global Moderator membergroup or Board Moderator group will give them access to the Moderator Center.

It was impossible to read the text you placed in your previous post. I had to actually modify and turn off toggle view to see what it said.
That's an error with permissions. They can be fixed via Admin > Permissions. Give the desired membergroups permissions to access the Chat.
