The mod for this is here but I have Seldom's question for this as well. Why would you want to see what someone is doing in their profile when it's perfectly convenient to see their action in the Who's Online list?

Also try disabling JavaScript before adding HTML to the HTML block. This will add HTML to the block without the editor making any changes.

There is an option to move any topic at the bottom of every topic, in the bottom right corner of the last post of a page. Or you can modify any post and click the Additional Options link and move the topic like that.

If there is a specific outage then yes but if it's unknown you'll just have to deal with the error it gives you.

Createaforum is a free service, the only thing you can really pay for are Addons and Ad Free Credits, meanless to say this will not stop outages on your forum, if they happen they happen.
