Create A Forum - Support Forums

As you can read from the title, on a forum I am at, several people are all having the same problem. The private messages disappear during transfer, or tell the sending user that the other's inbox is full. Now I personally wouldn't think that an inbox could be full at 2 messages, but that is what is happening to me. If I am holding 2 messages in my inbox, I can't hold anymore after that. It is quite redundant to have to delete messages as soon as I get them to prevent this from happening, so does anyone have any idea as to why this is happening or how to fix it?
