Thanks!

UPDATE:

Okay, I changed it to 200x200 (thinking it would allow for larger size avatars), but it's actually making it smaller then the one I already had. The default setting was 170x106. Any suggestions?

Need a more specific place to check. I can't find anything under Forum Settings or Layout Settings that addresses Avatar size. Also checked in Features and Options. Nothing there either.

So I finally have a chance to look into this issue.

What "Admin > Layout Settings"? On the Ipad 'Settings'? I don't see anything Admin. I also don't see anything like that looking at Penny Can on the Ipad.

I don't see Admin on the Penny Can Website.

Little more clarification is necessary. I have an Ipad 2, but with the latest IOS.

Passing along this info from one of my forum members.

Any chance we can get the option for larger avatars that can accommodate 200x200 pixels or higher? Thanks.

Bugs / iPad Issues
« on: May 05, 2014, 12:59:11 pm »

So suddenly this week, viewing Penny Can on my IPad has completely changed.

It's very basic and all at the top level (vs. new posts since the last time I visited).

Viewing on my computer, I have a theme of black. None of that on my IPad any longer.

Something I've accidentally changed? Software update from createforum?

How might I change it back to what I'm used to?

Thanks

Well something is definitely broken. How else to explain that different members using different email addresses not getting anything? I'd understand if it was something on a persons email being broken and not receiving anything. But when there are multiple members with different email addy's, that does tell me it's something within the forum or code itself having issues.

Everyone, myself included had the option enabled from the beginning and had been getting notices for the past 3 years. But now it's not working, no matter how many times one turns on or off the option. Really need help here as the natives are getting restless with it not working. Thanks

None of the members on my forum are receiving any emails to threads they are subscribed to. It just "shut off" 4 days ago as if something was broken within the forum software.

Not sure if it's a bug with the forum software, but no one is getting any email notification regarding new post. It has been like this the past 3 days. Is this something that is happening with everyone using their respective forums or an isolated incident? What can be done to fix this problem?

Are the other uses like me, who have to log in pretty much every time, dependent on the device they use, such as iPads, iPhones, etc...?

For instance, I have to log in every time with the iPad. I do not with PC / Desktops.

Wonder if there is a bug or solution so that I don't have to always sign in using handheld devices.

I am using 'always logged on'

Through the 'Board' Option you mention, it looks like every member of the forum would in fact have to do this themselves then correct? There has to be some sort of 'reset' option because up till now, everything was already set per members request. For whatever reason, everyone is now getting email notices for threads they are not even in, which doesn't make sense.
