I added a profile field today and was able to view it. It has since disappeared. Can you see from the screenshot if there is something I've missed?

Hello - I have a white bar in the background again. Could you send me a screen shot of how to fix this when it occurs? I don't make adjustments to the styles at all but I do replace the banners frequently. Due to size restrictions I'm unable to attach a screenshot.

She's just listed as a regular member - no other group. She's the only member having this issue.

She's not in a restricted group. All other members are able to post avatars.
