Is there a way to make avatars bigger?


My friend has a forum and their avatars are for some reason bigger than on the forum I run.

For some reason, I can't see this on the configuration, Member or Forum settings. Could someone please show me to where I can hide the post count?

I'm an admin/mod on my own private forum (not a new or recent one, been up around 11 months, but I am still trying to work out how to do this) and I need help; How do I make the stats section on my forum not visible to guests viewing my forum?
