It was already enabled. I disabled and then reenabled to see if that helps. Still doing the same thing

Found another bug. The number of people in the chat room is not showing next to the chat icon like it was this past week. I have the feature enabled in chat settings but doesnt seem to be working.

full site. google chrome. it worked fine a week ago using the same browser.

Whenever a member uses any of the commands like, dislike, agree etc a banner comes up at the top of the screen that just says "loading..." it wont go away unless you reload the page and the like doesnt go through. is there a setting im missing or is this server side?

I have a member thats receiving blank PMs from someone that doesnt seem to be a member. It looks like an automated PM but I can't figure out where its coming from. anything i can do to stop this or disable it?
i also was wondering if there was a way to disable the "Child Boards:" text for sub group. just for cosmetic purposes.

I was wondering how long it takes for the Ultimate Plan to kick in after purchase. I bought it because I like the extra features and also wanted to make sure I don't run out of ad credits. Let me know if you also need info from me to show I purchased it. Thank you in advance!

General Support / Guest posting error

I've gone through permissions and allowed Guests to post and reply to certain boards. However, Guests are only allowed to make a topic. When they try to reply on their topic, they get an error saying "The following error or errors occurred while posting this message:" But it doesn't what the errors are. When trying it myself after double checking permissions for the board and guests, the error occurs when the guest is making their second post of that session. Is there a work around or any fix for this?

Let me know if there is anything else you need or have any other feature requests.
Currently I think the only thing would be having in-forum notifications. Example, getting notified by a little pop up when someone has either quoted you or has posted a reply to you. But for now the auto refresh will do lol. Thank you for your timely response.

Im wondering if we are able to make the shoutbox auto-refresh. I've set the "Shoutbox refresh time in seconds" to 5 but it doesn't seem to be refreshing the shoutbox. I was wondering if this feature is disabled or if there is something I'm missing
