General Support / Number of posts
« on: December 16, 2016, 04:00:35 pm »
Hi!

I would have a question again. This time it is about the display of the post count. In a subforum i have currently 50 posts
but the are not displayed in the main forum. Here i have two pictures that you know what i am talking about.

That's the main forum. It shows 0 posts and 0 topics.

That's the subforum. It shows the correct number of posts and topics.

Where and how do i make it that it is displayed in the main forum also?

Now i've done it support. I tell you briefly how i managed this:

First i tried to select an alternative method. Via DNS TXT. But it was the same result. Then google wrote to me
that there is the site, but it comes the error 404 (dead link)?! Then i said google, to read out what the error is
exactly (there is a button for it). It showed me that the start page is wrong.
The start page was: http://j4fclan.net/google-verification-code. I then changed the start page, but still did'nt
work. Then i simply took the code of the alternative method (this is another because it is a security token),
and filled it into the meta tags (in the forum). And so it worked!

Yes that was strange Admin, but as you said, this has been a bug possibly. In any case i thank you for your time
and your support!

I had putted it in meta tag section..  :'(

I have to do that at the page from google, webmaster tools. If i want to verify my page there, i have to insert the verifying code into meta tags.

My forum url: j4fclan.createaforum.com or j4fclan.net

I have to do that at the page from google, webmaster tools. If i want to verify my page there, i have to insert the verifying code into meta tags.
Then i have to say google to find my page and google read if i have insert the code. Then i should be verified. But google can't find my page,
neither of them both urls.

General Support / Membergroups and their permissions to manage groups?
« on: November 30, 2016, 10:15:51 am »
Hi!

My question is a little complicated. I will explain it easily  :-\

Suppose i have 6 membergroups with ascending right from 1 upwards.

Quote
1. Beginner
2. Better
3. Middle class
4. Hero
5. Prince
6. King

Now the "Prince" have to put the group "Better" on "Middle class". But he is not allowed to change from 3 to 4.
Thus individual groups the right to administer only individual groups.

I have found nothing in this regard. Have tried around but if it is, it does not work with me. If I can administer
the a certain group, groups administrate, then I can indeed mark which group is allowed. But that does not work  :-\

I hope you can help me!

then the "normal" membergroup change too if i reach the next post count based group?
