Create A Forum - Support Forums

I tried to create a block for my shoutbox but it went wrong
I did fix it but I still would like to know what would be the best place for the shoutbox
so it looks nice on top of everything and across the forum

mods can see them too

what code do I need to post a video from youtube in autoplay
or a flash video from youtube where only musics play but you can't see the video

yes I managed the dates now Im asking you how many messages are needed to reach
the status of regular member
Why some members dont have the option to give karma
I have set them under karma but its not working
