Your trying to add a new post button?; silly there is already a new post button, in every board of the your forum
You cannot add any extra button's unless ur like me a script maker

I make scripts and add extra things to the admin section like
Lag users off , black forum out , reset forum , duplicate user, whole bunch of things
Only on my account though

I think That feature come with your paid plan .. but maybe you can go to admin》AddOns》and prob disable something

They cannot read messages however they can access the users account and have them reset they're passwords
