Any way I can stop him from getting on the forum? He's been getting on and spamming everything for 100s of times before I made it harder to spam.. I've kept IP banning him but he has a VPN so I have no clue as to how I can stop him from entering my server or forums.

Turns out he was a banned user, which managed to get back in the staff system.. As a trial moderator he was able to delete everything.. After that he tried to convince me to give owner to him so he could fix it.. I gave it to him... Whilst quickly refreshing the forum settings, and saw he was changing the Webmaster emailadress to his own.. So I managed to ban him before he could do anything.. Guess I'll have to create everything again. The forum is only.. 2-3 days old, so a month old backup sadly won't help.
So no way to view a cached version of the topics of about.. 6 hours ago?

Someone managed to delete all the topics on my entire forum.. Any way to return them? And how the **** can he do this? He doesn't have any passwords.
