Create A Forum - Support Forums

Had hopes for it but it seems like it was something that never had much thought put into except for the responsive resolution. To compete with Facebook these days it needs to be clean and have a branded feel to it along with small images, bold icons, avatars, etc for people to want to use it.  I would recommend finding some ongoing testers to keep it on the cutting edge just like app developers do to try and keep up with the way people engage with forums these days.  Brandable design is key and can be achieved with some customizable features to it.
