Thanks, so much. They have been credited now. They still go down at an alarming rate, 64 credits used already and hardly any forum activity.

I have subscribed to 25,000 ad-free credits a month, and paid by PayPal on the 10th April. I have had the PayPal receipt/acknowledgement. The payment has gone through, but no credits have been added. I emailed VisualBasicZone and had a one-word reply, "added".
They haven't been added and I have 0 Ad-free credits showing on the forum page. When I have bought a one-off purchase in the past they have been added almost immediately. I am wondering why they haven't been added yet.
Can you help, please?

I notice that just by going to a new page on my forum, around 20-30 credits are used. I thought one credit was used for every advert that would have appeared. We are not a busy forum, and I am sure they didn't get used up at this rate in the past. I would be grateful for some light on this!

I now have a new problem! If the url of the YouTube link is posted, that is fine. However, if the link is included in BB code, so that it just says, Click here, the whole box appears as if it is embedded. Any ideas how to change this? I have trawled through Admin, but can't fathom out how to do it. Of course, if I disable BBcode it works, but I don't wish to do this as people use it for other web site links.

I am trying to do the opposite! I have the 'embed flash into posts' box unchecked, but still the link is embedded and the usual picture with the white 'play' arrow is in the post. I just want the url to appear. How do I manage this, please?
