Would I access it through the ez settings tab in the Admin Panel?

I created a new member group based with the same permissions as the "Regular Member" group, then added a few more, for some reason people in this group cannot see the shoutbox. I looked all through the permissions and their is nothing there about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was wondering if their is a way to reset Karma for all forum members without editing each profile individually. I have looked through all the admin options and panels and have not found a way yet.

Style Support / Color fix?

Hey I am new here, but I am admin of forums that uses CAF, I have been trying to edit somethings on our style but it seems to be getting now where, I did make sure to check all the guides before posting, and it may seem stupid what I am having trouble with, but I can't seem to change the colors of topic headers, like ones members can make in a section, and the color of the info to the right of the topics. If someone could point in the direction that would be incredible.
