How do I remove that censor stuff. I am sick of seeing **** every time someone uses the medical term for p-e-n-i-s or the rude names for everything else.

I have some cool looking Icons such as the theme icons that are used for members to show what rank they are. How would I go about adding them? And also, how do I make my domain name like, Snazzygamers.Net or, Forums.Snazzygamers.Net . Please, I need the help. Thanks for listening.
