One more member can't register he said to me that :
* actually spam mod u have installed keep on blocking me! I dont know why! its not just ur forum! another forum pronamers.com also kept blocking me! *

1) I highly doubt the feature to add tables and border colors will be added to posts because alternatively you can use a webpage on your forum instead.
3) Go to http://FORUM.createaforum.com/index.php?action=admin;area=featuresettings;sa=profileedit and create a new field for Facebook
4) http://FORUM.createaforum.com/index.php?action=admin;area=ezpsettings;sa=settings enable shoutbox and save then go to http://FORUM.createaforum.com/index.php?action=admin;area=ezpblocks;sa=blocks; and create an EzBlock and pick Shoutbox and continue

Where do you want the table with border and colors?
When you create/modify a board, you can can choose what membergroups can or can't post in that board
What exactly do you mean facebook in the profile?
If you enable EzPortal, there's a shoutbox that's ready to enable and use for your forum
