General Support / Adding a Moderator/Admin Crown to a Usergroup

I have a small question;
How can I add a Moderator or Admin crown to a Usergroup?  I know you can do it on MyBB and I was just wondering if it could be done on SMF CreateAForum as well.  If so, please tell me how.
