hi,
I have a member who used the forgot your password option and didn’t receive an email, she checked her junk mail folder in case but nothing arrived. I tried with mine and it came instantly. Is there anything that could be stopping why hers didn’t? Or a setting either she needs to change, or I need to change?

hi, no error message this time but a lot of down time and members unable to access the site and i couldn't accesss this either ... seems to be sorted again now?

Hi,I keep getting this message the last ....... 12 hours or so on and off ... on both my forums with the message "
Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."
is this work that is being done on the server?

i've had another member say she uses chrome and isn't getting the isssue so i'm not really sure what to do or how to fix itapparently it's also happening even without pressing the post button --- she writes a few words and then her post vanishes before pressing anything ... and yet she is fine with writing on other forums and i can't see anything different in the settings
was hoping someone else had come across it to see what might help

hi,one of our members is complaining that when she writes a post - when she presses enter/return she is losing her message
she is using chrome to access the siteand says it happens in two forum areas more than othersany ideas on what could be going on with that and what might help?thanks

Hi,
Is there a way to turn off the who's online information and summary of forum with the mobile theme? It's set off to guests but still shows on the mobile
Also members trying to register using mobile devices get an error because the additional profile registration fields that I added don't show to them or give them the option to fill in - can i fix that anywhere?

Thanks - what would be the ID though?for example if i want them to be added to the Member groupI tried typing member and it reset it to 0
