Bugs / Has [img] changes in News?

Every time I try and load a jpg image in news using [ img ] it gives it a width 400 height 100 setting that I cannot change.
Is this a bug or something new?

In the same way you automatically post youtube videos from a URL provided, it would be nice if you could do the same for tweets.


As an administrator with ability to use the < html > tag, I can use twitframe

but Joe Public cannot. If you could somehow make this happen without opening up users to the html tag, that would be great.


The other wrinkle is the size of the iframe is fixed while tweet sizes are variable, so it needs tweaking for each post.
On the twitframe site they seem to indicate you can adjust this automatically, but it's all Greek to me

I am no coding wizard. The idea behind this came from somewhere else in this support forum.
If you edit your style to include the following, it removes all the negatives like disapprove and dumb and so on.
Some people in my forum can still use the negatives, I assume for some reason their style has not refreshed.

Someone on my board https://comeallwithin.createaforum.com/ just used the word **** (c u n t s)  in a post and the censor didn't pick it up.
I tried adding it to the list of banned words, and that was ignored.
So I wondered if the censor is running, after all it seems a pretty obvious word to ban.

On further investigation the censor is running but plurals seem to be an issue
**** **** and **** all appear uncensored
**** **** **** in the singular are censored

No problem. If in the mobile view I open a message, the black arrow top left does not take me back to the message list but to the top of the current message.

Two people left messages for me today


1. The Black up arrow at the top left of the screen in the mobile version has stopped functioning as it did. From any page on a thread it used to take you back up to the list and refresh the list; now it just takes you to the start of the thread.


I've tried this on Android/Chrome, Windows 10/Chrome and Windows 10/Edge. All identical.


2. On the mobile site, the "go up" arrow at the top left of the page on a thread no longer takes you back to the board but to the first page of the thread. Is this a deliberate change?


So has something happened to the functionality of that arrow (I don't use the mobile site) ?

I was playing around with news items. Added a simple iframe command. Now I can't delete the news item and it prevents anyone using the forum.

I appreciate there's big security issues with [ html]. As a suggestion, I'd say can you allow a bbcode equivalent of the video tag then that translates to the <video> tag.
But I can live with the current situation, thanks.
