I resolved the issue by deleting the style. all of the light styles leave the empty space above the header and footer.

I have my own domain and email through godaddy. godaddy wants me to add things. I am new to this and need help.
- Log in to your account at the other company.
- TXT Record: Find where to add a TXT record, and enter
