Hi! Thanks for the speedy recovery of the forums! I'm still having a small issue and not sure if this is something that will work itself out or I need help to fix.

A couple of weeks ago, I changed my forum domain from www.nalah.info TO www.nalah.ca
It worked flawlessly after I figured out how to set it up correctly. Then the forums went down.

Now, I am unable to access my forum via www.nalah.ca, but I can access it using nts.createaforum.com - However, when I try to login, it takes me to this page "http://www.nalah.info/index.php?action=login2" which is just a blank page.. I'm not sure what to do to fix this. This also happens with other members.

Is there a way that you can completely remove nalah.info from my forum? It seems to be that some pages are still trying to use it and that is where my problem is. And since I can't login, I can't get to the domain control panel to remove it myself... :/

I did add the DNS already, as I said.. but it still won't work. :/

I'll contact GoDaddy again and see what I can figure out.

Thank you for replying

I had already added the DNS records but GoDaddy will still not accept the nameservers when I add them, and customer service is telling me that because it ends with .ca I need two seperate IP addresses for the nameservers.

So there is nothing you can do to help with this? :(

Hi, I am trying to set up my domain name for my forum. The domain is nalah.ca and I'm having some issues with the nameservers.
I have contacted GoDaddy and they advised me that I need TWO different IP addresses for the nameservers, and createaforum admin page only provides me with ONE.

Is it possible for you to provide me with a 2nd IP address for the nameserver? If not, my domain will not work :(

Please let me know!
Thanks
Note: I replied to the domain set up guide, but it is a 3 year old topic with no replies so I was worried that nobody would see it.

So I can't use Tapatalk for my forum until you update?

Is there any ETA on that?

Thanks

I am still unable to connect to the forum on Tapatalk.

I reset my API key again after your last reply, but I'm still getting the same out of date message on the Tapatalk website.
:(

General Support / Forum not updated for Tapatalk?

Hi, I am a forum owner and have been using Tapatalk on my site for a few months. Everything was working perfectly until a few days ago.. Now when I try to login to my website via Tapatalk, it tells me that no connection could be established and to contact the forum administrator.

I have tried everything I can think of, since createaforum doesn't let me install mods, I am unable to update it myself.. All the guides I have read say that it should be updated automatically, but it's not.

In the below screenshot, Tapatalk is telling me that my API is out of date. I have tried to refresh, tried resetting the API key, nothing works. :(
Clicking ''update'' in the orange box on my screenshot, simply takes me to a guide on how to install the mod.. which I cannot do.

Please help!
Thanks in advance.
