 l have uploaded a screenshot from the technical support from the other site .
 Is there a way to save/load the data of all the members currently register in the forum ?

Hello
I created a forum a few month ago and my friend and l decided to paid a host subscription]and we are trying to move the data from my current site located at createaforum.com to the new site. The support from the new host is requesting access to my remote hosting account from createaforum.com to successfully transfer all the data. 
Where l can find that information?

General Support / unable to install a theme

hello
l had recently created a forum and l  was not able to install a new theme. l followed the steps provided and the option to install a new theme does not show up. Also, l had purchased a theme package from dzinerStudio.cpm to upgrade my theme.
Can l used dzinerStudio to install a new theme? Do l need to purchased the Downloads Pro package to enable the install theme option?
